ARMLS® Trainers teach at the ARMLS Training Facility at 120 S. Priest Drive, Tempe, AZ 85281. ARMLS trainers also travel off site to a variety of training venues including sales meetings, RMS events, quarterly meetings, Broker training programs, etc. Contact them by emailing training@armls.com.

 | | Barbara Hoffman
Manager - Education and Staff Development Barb oversees the ARMLS Trainers and volunteer Title Trainers. She works closely with department heads to ensure that interaction internally and externally with ARMLS is a positive experience. Since joining ARMLS in 2008 she orchestrated training and support during the flexmls conversion. Barb worked for Long Realty Company in Tucson for thirty-five years where she moved through the company ranks to serve as the Operations and Human Resources Director for eleven years. She is a former REALTOR® and has been a trainer and board member of the Sahuaro Girl Scout Council for many years. Barb professes a passion for helping REALTORS® achieve their goals. |
| | Jennifer Mathus
Education and Technology Professional Jennifer has worked in the real estate industry for many years as a Mortgage Banker and an Account Executive. After training and writing curriculum to coach new Agents, Jennifer discovered a passion for helping REALTORS® build their business. She feels invested in the success of the Subscribers she educates, and brings extraordinary dedication to ARMLS training. Jennifer has held many leadership positions in a variety of organizations and is the founder of a local networking organization. She is a member of Women’s Council of REALTORS®, Arizona Real Estate Educators Association and American Society of Training & Development. Jennifer is a certified Life Coach and volunteers with many non-profit organizations. |
| | Jo Ellen Teeter
Education and Technology Professional Jo moved to the Valley in 2002 from Des Moines and practiced real estate for over nine years in both Iowa and the Phoenix area. Jo moved into management as a Productivity Coach and Education Coordinator for new and experienced Agents. At ARMLS she found the perfect marriage of her teaching talents and real estate knowledge as an MLS software instructor. Jo thrives on helping REALTORS® succeed, and for her it is not just about the technology. She regularly attends classes for personal and professional development. Jo is also a Certified Life Coach who holds her clients accountable and loves seeing progress and breakthroughs when they occur. |
| | Marcy Rich
Education and Technology Professional Marcy Rich has been training Valley REALTORS® since 1994 when Moore Data Management Services brought the transition to a totally computerized database. In 2002, Marcy joined ARMLS. She is now a veteran of three MLS conversions. Marcy trains at the ARMLS® Training Facility, and travels off-site for group and individual office instruction. She brings her passion, enthusiasm, high energy, and humor to make her training a memorable experience. She holds a Master’s degree in Human Relations Management/Organizational Development. Marcy is a past board member of the American Society of Training and Development and Toastmaster’s International, and received a certification in mediation. |
| | Candace Wren Education and Technology Professional Candace joined ARMLS in 2010 as a Data Integrity Analyst eventually moving into the Education Department as an Education and Technology Professional. With a strong background in real estate owned (REO) properties, she is well versed in Broker Price Opinions (BPO), property rehab and offer and negotiation. Before joining ARMLS Candace developed training curriculum on Multi Form BPO software and the BPO processes for agents and staff. She relates well to Subscribers and understands the challenges they face daily. Candace’s self-described strengths are her detail organization, customer service and technology skills. She holds a BS in Cross Cultural Missions and spent her practicum in the Philippines working with needy families. |
