Appraiser Outreach
ARMLS® outreach initiatives are designed to provide better communication between ARMLS and the constituents it serves: Subscribers, Participants, Appraisers and Associations. Outreach initiatives include special Office Visits, Virtual Office Visits, Industry Relations Liaison outreach, Bemis, Brokers, Breakfast and Buzz events and PULSE Subscriber meetings. All are meant to bridge communication gaps and create highly targeted needs fulfillment.
Office Visit
Office Visits offer specialized training in the specific areas you identify in flexmls. The visits will include classes from our standard ARMLS curriculum or ARMLS can design a custom class covering specific topics. We can provide presentation style training or hands-on training in your facility using your computers. Classes can also be given for groups at the ARMLS Support Center nearest you. We require at least 10 attendees and the training session can last up to 2 hours.

Virtual Office Visits
An ARMLS Trainer will initiate a Web-based class or webinar for members of your office or group allowing for training to take place in multiple locations for the attendees. To schedule a Virtual Office Visit or Web-based training session, we require a minimum of only 5 attendees, each of whom must have a computer with Internet access. The instructor will lead the class from their computer where they will demonstrate and instruct the class on customized curriculum.
Virtual Office Visits offer more scheduling flexibility for the instructor and the attendees. It also offers a viable option for smaller teams, groups and offices to receive specialized training without having to gather in the same location. This is also a great option for groups outside of the Phoenix metro area.

Industry Relations Liaison
Chris DeWald, ARMLS’s Industry Relations Liaison, reaches out to Participants and Subscribers through her in-person visits. She is available to meet with Brokers and managers one on one to keep them abreast of what is new at ARMLS. Chris is a frequent speaker at sales meetings and other branch office events delivering the ARMLS message with a Powerpoint presentation and a personal touch.
