Data Integrity The ARMLS® Data Integrity department is charged with protecting the integrity of the data in MLS and enforcing ARMLS rules, regulations and policies. They follow the guidelines set forth by the ARMLS Board of Directors for notifying Subscribers and their Participants when infractions occur. In addition, they track violations as they relate to the violation hierarchy set forth in the Penalty Policy. Learn why Data Integrity is so important to your business. Our Data Integrity Analysts understand that inaccurate information in the MLS system places you, other Subscribers and customers who rely on the accuracy of the data, at risk. | Anaberta Billar Data Integrity Manager Ana moved to the Valley from California, lured by lifestyle and nursing studies. After various customer service positions, she was sidetracked by taking real estate courses. She joined ARMLS in 2005, juggling both Helpdesk and Compliance duties. As ARMLS’s first Compliance Analyst, Ana helped create department procedures. She was promoted to Data Integrity Supervisor in 2009 and then Manager in 2011. Ana also trains new analysts and addresses complex issues as they arise. She finds her new role both challenging and satisfying. Ana’s strengths are organization and the empathy she feels for Subscribers. Her focus is educating Subscribers to understand how to comply and avoid penalties in the future. Her passion is her husband, their two Pugs and cooking for family gatherings. | | Susan Spinosa Data Integrity Analyst Susan joined the ARMLS Compliance team in April, 2008 and unabashedly claims her job as a Data Integrity Analyst is her best job ever. An Associate Degree in business administration, a human resources background and five years as a mortgage loan processor put her on a career track for mortgage underwriting. ARMLS was quick to recognize that Susan’s talents were a perfect match for a Data Integrity Analyst. Her quiet and cool demeanor has a calming effect on stressed Subscribers facing data integrity issues. Susan finds helping Subscribers gratifying and claims most are grateful and eager to learn how to avoid future penalties. Susan loves to read and spend time with her family and her precious schnoodle dog, and has a passion for cooking. | | Sue McGee Data Integrity Analyst Sue moved to the Valley in 2005 from Michigan lured by 300 sunny days a year. Her real estate experience prior to ARMLS is grounded in two prime industry niches, e-commerce and relocation. Her forte is organization and thoroughness, evidenced in her mastery of the rules, regulations and policies she enforces. As a mother of five and grandmother of children ranging in age from 18 months to 19 years, assisting the Subscribers who come through Data Integrity comes naturally. Away from ARMLS, Sue is a consummate quilter and knitter which fuels her creative energy. | | Cathy Knight Data Integrity Analyst Cathy Knight is unique in that her entire working career has been in real estate. She joined ARMLS in June 2008, but she has held a Salesman or a Broker license since 1976. Her wealth of real estate knowledge and experience fosters a special rapport with the Subscribers she serves. Cathy has an MA in art history. While she never worked in the field, her artistic bent surfaces in the most unlikely places, e.g., her renowned gourmet cheese cakes that showcase her fine art talents. Data Integrity is a natural for Cathy because she thrives on Realtor interaction. She loves teenagers and has been a foster parent to teens for fifteen years. | | Bonnie Hanson
