ARMLS® Celebrates 30 Years of Service in 2012

Join us for a year of special events, prizes and celebrations throughout 2012. A full calendar of events can be found here. As a service-based organization, our success is shared with our Subscribers, Board of Directors and Shareholder Associations.

ARMLS began operations in June of 1982 through collaboration by the shareholder boards to form the first regional MLS in the country. Now 30 years later, ARMLS provides IDX/VOW services, training, Helpdesk support, and technology solutions. ARMLS contracts not only with the MLS search vendor, but also engages other key service providers for public records data, mapping, lockbox services, remote MLS access through mobile devices, listing syndication and statistical data analysis.

"The Play" - 1982

Regarded as one of the most memorable plays in college football history, "The Play" took place November 20, 1982.

After Stanford had taken a 20–19 lead with four seconds left in the game, the Golden Bears used 5 lateral passes on the ensuing kickoff return to score the winning touchdown.

Members of the Stanford Band had come onto the field midway through the return, which added to the ensuing confusion and folklore.
